Analyse der bestehenden Organisationen, regelmäßiger Austausch mit den lokalen IT-Verantwortlichen und ein gemeinsam entwickeltes Zielbild. Darauf aufbauend eine gruppenweite IT-Governance mit klaren Rollen und Entscheidungswegen – unter Einbindung bewährter lokaler Arbeitsweisen.

Analysed the existing organisations, set up a regular exchange with local IT leads and developed a shared target picture. On that basis, introduced group-wide IT governance with clear roles and decision paths – building on proven local ways of working.

Informationssicherheitsprozesse bestanden in einzelnen Bereichen, ein vollständiges ISMS nach ISO 27001 noch nicht. Ziel war die Multi-Site-Zertifizierung aller Hauptstandorte als Grundlage für künftige Kunden- und Marktanforderungen.

Information security processes existed in individual areas, but not yet a complete ISO 27001 ISMS. The goal was multi-site certification of all major locations as a basis for future customer and market requirements.

GAP-Analyse des Reifegrads, Aufbau des ISMS mit Richtlinien, Rollen, Prozessen und Dokumentation und schrittweise Integration in Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen CISO, den Fachbereichen und den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften. Gesamtsteuerung der Auditvorbereitung und zentraler Ansprechpartner gegenüber der Zertifizierungsgesellschaft.

Gap analysis of maturity, built the ISMS with policies, roles, processes and documentation, and integrated it step by step into business and IT processes – in close collaboration with the external CISO, business functions and international subsidiaries. Led audit preparation and acted as the central contact for the certification body.

Nach der Integration in einen internationalen Konzern sollten zentrale IT-Services – Netzwerk, Client-Infrastruktur, Microsoft 365 und das künftige Betriebsmodell – schrittweise an Konzernstandards angepasst werden, im Einklang mit lokalen Geschäftsanforderungen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen.

Following integration into an international group, core IT services – network, client infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and the future operating model – were to be aligned step by step with group standards, consistent with local business needs and regulatory requirements.

Ziel war, das Kunden-Onboarding von der Datenerfassung bis zur regulatorischen Freigabe durchgängig digital abzubilden – mit zentraler Datenerfassung, nachvollziehbarem Bearbeitungsstatus und digital unterstützten Compliance-, Risiko- und Genehmigungsprozessen.

The goal was to digitise client onboarding end to end, from data capture to regulatory approval – with central data capture, traceable processing status and digitally supported compliance, risk and approval processes.

Neugestaltung des End-to-End-Prozesses gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen, zentrale Datenerfassung mit automatisierter Dokumentengenerierung, Workflow-Steuerung der Compliance-, Risiko- und Genehmigungsprozesse, Schnittstellen zum Kernbankensystem und ein Barcode-Konzept zur automatischen Zuordnung eingescannter Dokumente.

Redesigned the end-to-end process with the business functions, introduced central data capture with automated document generation, workflow control for compliance, risk and approval processes, interfaces to the core banking system and a barcode concept for automatic assignment of scanned documents.
